If you Iron, do so on VERY LOW heat with light pressure.
DO NOT iron directly on the appliqué. If you must iron that area, turn the shirt inside out and put some in between the iron and shirt, like parchment paper. Use low heat and check every few seconds (5-6) between light presses.
